The LEM Sausage Stuffer is a 100% Chinese origin product that comes with a cover on the top of the gear. It is easy to operate by one person and has a nylon material piston. The stuffer includes three sizes of tubes, one of which is small enough to fill sheep casings or collagen casings for hotdog sizes. The canister from the old model #606 is the same code # for the new model #1606, which means that users can use the old canister with the new model. The stuffing tubes are not interchangeable with Lems #8 grinder. The customer reviews for the LEM Sausage Stuffer are positive overall, with users stating that it is easy to use and easy to clean, with some even recommending attaching it to a wood base to prevent it from moving. Users appreciate the air relief valve on the plunger and find it to be a great feature as it prevents casing blowouts. One user commented that this stuffer is frustrating to use because it is not a "true" 5 lb stuffer and that they ended up with a fist-sized ball of meat that would not fit in the stuffer.
