Will the swinging arms stay where you put them in a medium to high flow area or do they move?
Answer: No they really do not stay in place & has been one of my concerns since I have bought it... snails & high flow can move them so I just put all one type of corals to make sure nothing on the rack would fight with each other if they touched.. -

What size plugs fit into the holes?
Answer: The placement hole are approximately 1/2", so any ceramic or cement frag plug under 1/2" will fit.
