The SentrySafe CHW20221 is a fireproof and waterproof box with a key lock. There were some confusion about the handle and strap feature of the product due to Amazon listing three different models on a single product page. The inside dimensions are 4.4 in x 12.8 in x 8.5 in, and the outside dimensions of a safe are roughly 15 by 15 square. The key is different from a traditional key and different for each safe. The safe is quite spacious and can hold a good amount of things, including a folder without bending. However, some customers had issues with the cheap plastic locking system, and some complained that the key doesn't feel strong enough. A few customers found that the box quit locking within a few days of arriving. One customer even had to pry it open after the ordinary use of the key failed to unlock it. Overall, customers were satisfied with their purchase, and it served the purpose of storing important documents and papers.
