Although the light does not come with a dimmer, a professional can connect it to a dimmer for dusk to dawn lighting. The light can be used for night-time basketball as well. Each panel has a set of short wires to connect to a power source, and the housing gets hot but has a heat dissipation function and eventually becomes cool. The product has received mixed feedback in reviews, some customers enjoying the bright light, ease of use and good customer service if issues occur. However, others have had missing parts or had the light stop working within a year.
