The adjustable weight feature allows novices to start with manageable loads while progressing to heavier weights as they build strength. Is there a specific maintenance routine for these dumbbells?
Answer: To maintain the Dumbbell Set, regular cleaning with a soft cloth to remove sweat and dirt is recommended, especially after intensive workouts.
