The wire harness facilitates the connection of the new stereo to your vehicle's electrical system without the need for splicing wires. This kit is specifically designed for select Toyota models, ensuring a snug fit and maintaining the aesthetic integrity of your vehicle’s interior. -
Question:
Is this kit compatible with all Toyota models?
Answer: No, the ASC Car Stereo Dash Install Kit is specifically designed to fit certain Toyota models, including the Sequoia from 2008 to 2016 and the Tundra from 2007 to 2013, provided they do not have the factory JBL or premium audio systems installed. It’s crucial to check your vehicle's specifications to confirm compatibility to ensure proper installation and performance of your aftermarket stereo. -

ASC Car Dash Mounting Kits Editorial Review
The ASC Car Stereo Dash Install Kit and Wire Harness is designed for easy installation of a double din radio into select Toyota models. It has a matte finish and is compatible with 7-inch screens. The kit fits perfectly in a 2011 Tundra crew max. However, some customers have reported issues with the cheap plastic Construction and poor fitment of the trim pieces. Some had to modify it for the radio to fit, while others had difficulty with the wiring harness. The pins are too narrow for the OEM yellow clips, and the center hole has no hole. The side brackets don't have enough hole patterns, and the top front bracket's tabs are a different size from the factory radio, making fitment look poor.
