This wingspan allows for stable flight characteristics, enhancing maneuverability during various flying conditions. Whether you're practicing basic flight operations or performing more advanced aerobatics, the size of this airplane allows for confident handling and control, making it suitable for flying in diverse environments.
  • Question: Does the HobbyZone T-28 Trojan come fully assembled?

Answer: Yes, the HobbyZone T-28 Trojan 450mm RTF (Ready-to-Fly) comes fully assembled, meaning you'll have everything you need right out of the box. This includes the airplane, a transmitter, battery, and charger, making it convenient for new pilots who want to get started immediately. With the RTF configuration, you can focus on enjoying your flying experience without spending time on assembly, which is ideal for both beginners eager to learn and experienced flyers looking for quick deployment.
  • Question: What is SAFE technology and how does it benefit flying?

Answer: The HobbyZone T-28 Trojan features SAFE (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) technology, which significantly enhances flight stability and safety. This technology helps prevent crashes by providing virtual boundaries for the aircraft's pitch, roll, and yaw angles, aiding novice pilots in maintaining control. For use cases such as training new pilots or practicing advanced maneuvers, SAFE technology serves as an excellent tool to promote confidence and skill development without the fear of complete loss of control.
  • Question: What type of battery does the HobbyZone T-28 use?

Answer: The HobbyZone RC Airplane T-28 Trojan operates on a 2S LiPo battery, which is included with the purchase. This battery type delivers efficient power for extended flight times and responsive performance, enabling pilots to enjoy their flying time without frequent interruptions. The set also includes a charger for easy recharging between flights, ensuring you're always ready to take to the skies when the mood strikes.
  • Question: Can the T-28 Trojan handle windy conditions?

Answer: While the HobbyZone T-28 Trojan is designed for stability and control, it is recommended to fly it in light wind conditions. Its lightweight structure makes it less stable in gusty weather, which could affect handling. Therefore, for optimal flight experience, choose calm days for flying. Under calm conditions, however, it is capable of good performance, making it a great option for practicing flying techniques and experiencing the joy of flight in an open environment.
  • Question: Is the T-28 Trojan suitable for beginners?

Answer: Absolutely! The HobbyZone T-28 Trojan is specifically designed with beginners in mind. Its SAFE technology provides an additional layer of assistance, making it easier for new pilots to learn how to fly. • Question: What additional accessories are recommended for the T-28 Trojan?

Answer: For the best flying experience with your HobbyZone T-28 Trojan, consider acquiring extra batteries for longer flight sessions, as well as spare props for potential replacements after landings. Additionally, a carry case may come in handy for transporting your model to flying sites, keeping it safe from damage. These accessories ensure that you're prepared for multiple flights and can enjoy flying without downtime due to equipment issues.
  • Question: How fast can the T-28 Trojan fly?

Answer: The HobbyZone T-28 Trojan offers impressive speed characteristics that can vary based on wind conditions and battery strength.
