Lookout Board Games LK0043 Editorial Review
Lookout Games Mayfair Games 1830 (Revised Edition) brings a refreshing experience to the classic strategy game created by Francis Tresham. This engaging board game accommodates 2 to 6 players and promises an estimated playtime of around 240 minutes, making it ideal for extended game nights. Many players appreciate the depth and replayability of this edition, highlighting its ability to provide a unique experience each time it's played despite its zero variance mechanics. A common note among players is the precision in strategic thinking required, with some advising that it may not be suited for casual gamers. However, with beautiful components, including a double-sided game board and various tiles, the overall quality of this edition has garnered positive feedback. A few misprinted tiles were reported, but the publisher is addressing these errors with replacement options.
