Answer: Hello, we do NOT recommend to charge the lock box via USB-C cable, because it will cause faulty timer and damage the timer system. Only in case of the batteries are dead, you could use the charging port to power it temporarily. Otherwise, please use batteries for power supply. Answer: You don’t need to worry about this problem as it comes with a USB-C charging port, you can use it to power up the box if batteries die. Note the countdown is still active in charging, the box won’t open until the countdown is complete. -

Answer: The container part is metal and the top lid is plastic. I like that it’s very solid and unbreakable. -

Answer: No, this timed lock box has memory function of recording the previous 5 setting time. You just press any button to light up the screen. And then you can choose among the previous time by pressing up/down buttons. It’s so easy and convenient. -
