    Answer: Hi. Yes she was, but unfortunately I had to return her because of a malfunction. The carpet cleaner though was OK so I kept it.

    Answer: No. There are no attachments with this model. I live in a bungalow, so this is not a problem for me. The cleaner does an excellent job on my carpets though.
